We are currently looking for experienced consultant and senior consultants to work in our FMCG team focusing on Sales Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations Roles.

With a scope covering the greater Shanghai area you will be fundamental in the introduction here in Shanghai of what is globally one of our most established and successful sectors. To help you we currently have a team of international experts in this field to help penetrate the market and assist with market knowledge and business development.

Your role:

· Building on your industry expertise, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of your own suite of clients in within FMCG team focusing on specialize roles

· As an experienced consultant and working to international best practice methodology you will have individual sales targets and KPIs to manage and exceed.

· You will be expected to perform the full 360 degree recruitment consulting role from client sales candidate sourcing and interviewing through to job order placement.

· As a new Randstad employee you will be provided with a first-class orientation and induction in our business at both a local and international level as well as having ongoing access to our full suite of training and development courses.

· You will have 1 to 5 years professional recruitment experience or industry experience in FMCG or Retial.

· You will have excellent communication skills including both English and Mandarin.
