Job Duties:

  

1. 为中国大陆地区员工提供IT技术服务支持，如电子邮件、文件、打印机、网络设备和电脑设备等

Provide MIS helpdesk support for corporate-wide IT services in China region, such as email, file, printer, network devices and PC workstations;

2. 处理员工各类IT问题咨询及电话

Handle user enquiries and service calls;

3. 提供故障排除、软件安装和IT设备配置

Provide troubleshooting, software installation and carry out IT equipment deployment;

4. 为服务器、网络设备等提供支持

Provide 1st line operation support for servers, and network devices etc.

5. 协助管理IT网络基础设施项目

Assist in managing the IT network infrastructure project

  

Job Requirements:

1. 大专以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业

Diploma or Degree from disciplines such as Computer Science or equivalent

2. 三年或以上相关工作经验

3 years or more relevant working experience

3. 熟悉网络及活动目录

Good knowledge in Networking and Active Directory

4. 熟悉思科交换机、微软Office、Windows桌面和服务器操作系统，熟悉MCSA或MCSE，CCNA者优先考虑

Familiar with Cisco Switch, Microsoft Office, Windows desktop and server operating systems，MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solution Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Expert) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred

5. 工作稳重，能独立完成复杂工作任务，能承受工作压力

Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and under pressure

6. 英语水平良好

Good command of English skills
