Position Summary: Tech. Training Project Manager is a vital resource within the customer training center of TFS and is responsible for overseeing assigned aspects of the training program management with an emphasis on new training program development, strategic growth/profitability, and training curriculum life cycle management. Primary responsibilities include training program planning
guiding editorial and technology development of superior, differentiated training curriculum
advocating customer/sales needs in the curriculum development process
guiding market research activities
and taking a portfolio view of life cycle management.
Job Description:
1，Take charge of and participate in the market demand investigation, information collection, analysis and prediction of after-sales application and training
2， Actively put forward suggestions and ideas for the development of customer training content or form, and point out the development direction
3，Actively pay attention to and understand the application of new technology in the field of education and training, and put forward corresponding development proposals
4，Independent completion of project planning, writing fluent, creative and practical
5，Closely work with technical application trainer team, ensure new training and application program or products can be delivered or implemented on schedule
6，Work with Marketing team on go-to-market strategy for new product or solution
7，Evaluate training effectiveness, includes front-end performance improvement measurements, development and implementation of evaluation mechanisms and reporting on trends/corrective action. Determine transfer of knowledge levels and redesign/update existing materials
8，Design an effective feedback collection mechanism for training programs, tracking customer feedback, maintaining customer relations, evaluating benefits, and providing real and accurate basis for leadership decision-making
9，Responsible for finding and collecting the highlights of the training program, publicizing the after-sales training and application products, helping to promote the business development of the training center
10，Responsible for the management and update of the training center products portfolio
Collaborate with other function teams and departments to expand the business scope and influence of training center
11，Work with global BU to get effective training materials and lead the translation work to make them suit the learning needs of local customers.
12，Undertake the appropriate training and application development work
13，From time to time, the incumbent’s supervisor/manager may assign additional unlisted duties/responsibilities on a temporary or regular basis depending on business needs.
