岗位描述：

1.       拓展B2B大客户销售渠道；

2.       根据企业客户需求，制定相应的方案（福利 团购 礼品模式等），销售相关产品，完成销售订单；

3.       负责跟踪落实行业客户及重要行业项目的售前（培训）、售中（跟单）、售后（品质，Service）各项服务，保障客户满意度；

4.       协助了解区域竞争品牌及协作客户的市场动向及销售策略

5.       制定区域行业销售、行业渠道推进计划，分解并完成公司制定的B2B销售目标

 

任职资格：

1.       大专以上学历，3年以上厨电类目/轻奢品类目/化妆品类目B2B领域销售经验

2.       有关于企业福利，礼品类的销售经验者优先； 

3.       熟悉行业销售领域相关知识（政采、项目招投标等），有行业客户（银行类、保险类）积累的优先；

4.       具备良好谈判能力和语言表达能力，具有较高的职业素养和责任心；

5.       社交能力强，熟悉大客户营销程序和技巧，具有丰富的市场资源；

6.       具备一定的销售策划能力，能独立制订区域的销售计划和营销方案并推进执行
