Key accountabilities:

 1. Read literature and make research plans and protocols. 

 2. Participate in CAR-T design, CAR-T generation and characterization by in-vitro and in-vivo experiments, record the experimental procedures and results in ELN, report data and work plan to director or VP regularly. 

 3. Participate in Oncolytic Virus design, Oncolytic Virus generation and characterization by in-vitro and in-vivo experiments, record the experimental procedures and results in ELN, report data and work plan to director or VP regularly. 

 4. Order some reagents and consumables, maintain some instruments in lab. 

 5. Other tasks assigned by the group leader. 

 Requirements: 

 1. Master or PhD of Immunology, Virology, or Cell Biology. 

 2. Good experimental skills in molecular construction, cell culture, lentivirus/retrovirus package and infection, ELISA, flow cytometry, in-vitro cellular assays, animal tumor model establishment, in-vivo assay design, oncolytic virus production and characterization. 

 3. 1-3 years of industry experiences as research scientist in CAR-T or Oncolytic Virus field. 

 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good spoken and written English. 

 5. Prefer to do bench work. 

 6. Strong team work spirit, strong problem solving and analytical skills. 

 7. Ability to work under pressure.
