Job overview:

  

You will play a major role in improving China E-Commerce business operation and growing revenues. You should have solid understanding of fashion business and online business. You will work closely with TP agency as well as relevant departments in HQ Netherlands. Your main KPI is LFL growth of China E-Commerce business.

  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  

• Well understand of brand identity, policy and products.

• Be skilled at Platform guideline and build up friendly cooperation relationship.

• Work closely with TP agency on product launch, inventory management and store operation.

• Work closely with HQ Online Merchandise Team and Creative Team in optimizing product assortment, on site merchandising and site design, ensuring a premium shopping experience provided.

• Real-time monitor and analyze KPI such as traffic, AOV and conversion etc. as well as paid media performance.

• Be sensitive and aware of market trend and competitors. Define and evaluate the new opportunities on e-commerce & social platforms.

• Work closely with marketing team to allocate /maximize the use of resources, and to generate effective support of E-commerce sales and promotion within brand guideline.

              

 

  

Qualifications:

  

• Must to have working experience in Tmall or similar platform 2 years +

• Fluent English

• Excellent Excel

      Sales-driven; data-driven; consumer centric and brand image spreader.
