岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Develop production process for new projects and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department. Develop manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction, etc.)
   

   新项目生产过程开发，领导运营各部门的所有项目进程。编写制造管理文件（例如流程图，PFMEA，作业指导书等）



2. Control and optimize production process to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety. Continuous improvement for each problem of process.
   

   生产过程控制及优化，以提高生产效率、质量和安全。持续改进每个过程中出现的问题



3. Analyze the production data and coordinate relevant function team to solve daily production problems timely, such as OEE, FPY, downtime, etc.
   

   及时分析生产数据，解决日常生产问题，譬如设备综合效率，首次通过率，设备停线



4. Production capacity planning and generate improvement actions with other function department to fulfil customer demand
   

   与其他部门一起分析产能以及制定改善措施来满足客户交付



5. Take lead for layered process audit and take corrective actions
   

   领导分层审核并采取行动方案



6. Implement lean manufacturing at workshop
   

   在车间实施精益生产



7. Other jobs assigned by management
   

   管理层交待的其他工作

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree or above. Major in electronics or mechanical is preferred
   

   大学本科及以上学历。电子电器、机械专业优先



2. More than 5 years working experience. At least 2 years’ experience of process control in manufacturing electronics of a JV or foreign company. The requirement could be relaxed for excellent person.
   

   5年以上工作经验，有在合资或外资电子制造企业至少2年的过程控制经验。优秀者可适当放宽要求。



3. Experience in automotive area is preferred. Good coordinate skill, communication skill. Self-motivated and independent
   

   有汽车行业相关工作经验者优先。良好的沟通合作技巧，上进心强，独立工作能力。



4. Experience with quality methodologies and tools. Project management experience is preferred
   

   有运用质量方法和工具的经验，有项目管理经验者优先



5. Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP. Basic knowledge in IATF16949
   

   熟悉FMEA,MSA,PPAP，具备IATF16949的基础知识



6. Good oral and written English
   

   英文口语及写作能力良好



7. Familiar with office software(Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD)

8.熟悉Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD等办公软件
