IP Design Verification Lead

THE ROLE:

IOHUB team is a global team which locate in Canada, China and Serbia. There are 35 engineers in the global team, include Design Architect, Designers, DV Architect and DVers , are working on IOHUB IP design and verification. IOHUB full name is Input/Output HUB. It includes IOHUB Core and IOMMU SUBIP. IOHUB Shanghai team (we call IOHUB-SRDC team) is responsible for IOMMU and IOHUB level verification for Client, Server and MI serial projects. We have 8 engineers in the team so far. Average work experience is 6 years. We have IOMMU technique expert in Shanghai site. That’s a good chance to familiar with address virtualization technology which is quite popular in multi-Operation System.

THE PERSON:

Someone who has DV lead experience with good Chinese and English communication skills should be basic qualified our requirement. There is also short travel to North America and night meeting possibility as the DV lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take as IOMMU DV lead role
• IOMMU new feature scoping
• IOMMU feature test plan and DRVR writer, split down the tasks and assign to engineers
• Sync up with global DV lead, architect, designers and managers, report the execution progress to global team
• Drive and monitor other engineers to accomplish tasks on schecdule
• Sign-off owned features/projects
• Ramp-up new hiring to grow up

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Global company working experience
• Good English communication skills and oversee view
• Strong design verification experience and co-work with others well
• Have a few leadership skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor/Master above
