杭州招聘

1.  带领员工具体实施工程部的设施运行与维护服务，规范执行各项规章制度，承上启下，及时完成主管下达的各项工作任务。

2.  协助部门经理执行设施管理标准化程序，做好班组管理工作，解决技术上的疑难问题。

3.  管理员工的日常工作，确保所分配的工作按计划时完成。

4.  注重现场巡检，及时发现并解决日常的问题。

5.  协助部门经理/文员监督物料的使用情况，以确保工具和物料的正确库存量。

6.  协助部门经理实施对外包服务商的管理，监督其工作进度及过程，保证设备维修质量。

7.  做好本班设备的年月检修保养计划和备品备件计划，报主管审核。并负责检修保养计划实施。

8.  做好班组人员考勤制度和维修台账，每月报主管汇总

9.  完成部门经理交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 2年以上维修经验，有服务行业工程维护或维修工工作经验优先考虑;

2. 具备相关操作证;

工作时间：做五休二
