职位描述
Sales Representative 销售代表
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Cluster Manager/Sales Supervisor;
根据检测部经理/销售主管划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求;Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;
负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Cluster Manager/Sales Supervisor;
实现检测部经理/销售主管规定的季度及年销售目标;Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities;
履行客户服务的任务和职责;
Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager/Sales Supervisor.
履行检测部经理/销售主管分配的其他任务。
Competences and skills 能力及技能
1.College level or above,excellent fresh graduated majored in Electrical/Electronics/English are advantage;
大专或以上学历,优先考虑优秀的电气电子、英语专业应届毕业生,;
2.Good interpersonal and communication skills, with potential to develop sales skills;
具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,具有发展销售技巧的潜能;
3.Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);
具有商业头脑及以客人为导向的思维模式;
4.Strong relational and sales skills;
具有优秀的销售技巧;
