The position is responsible for leading the responsible Product Line - Food Preservation both OEM and Internal products on project management and quality improvement activities in APAC MEA, work for engaging all associated departments through triangle forum to actively drive and participate in all required activities related to: *) manage the APAC MEA new projects to achieve “on quality, one time and on cost”, **) achieve the necessary improvement in Quality. The ambition is to enable all individuals in triangle team to contribute to create value via new Project developments and Quality Improve as experienced by our consumers.

Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership capability in communicating and influencing others, stakeholder management, being a change leader and driving project success individually and through teams. ？

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 7 years minimum experience in crossfunctional activities related to products and their manufacturing processes, where PMO or Product Management expertise and continuous improvement is the key focus. ？

Detail oriented and analytical with a proven record of success leading product projects and activities, achieving long-term continuous improvement.

Experience with and commitment to Quality concepts and processes. ？

Strong knowledge of Lean Tools / Six Sigma is preferred

Quality tool knowledge 8D, FMEA, SPC, Pokayoke process improvement oriented. ？

A high sense of urgency with the ability to make and implement tough and timely decisions with a focus on results ？ Characterized by integrity and high professional standards. ？

Good oral and written knowledge of English is essential.

Computer skills with a high competence level in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access etc.

Having the working experience of product management or project management is preferred.

Fluent English is a must.
