1、 接待日常在线的售后咨询，对客户的在线咨询、电话咨询做到有问必答，耐心细致的为售后客户解决问题，尽量避免客户无理由退货，减少退货率。

2、 对于客户提出的退换货或者投诉问题进行处理。对于出现问题的订单，***时间和客户沟通，***程度的避免客户退货，对于客户投诉能够及时耐心准确的为客户解决，保证客户的满意度，客户有退换货的请求需要根据流程进行操作，售后表格要做好日常记录，并统一在月底进行售后事件汇总。

3、 货品的入库及调拨回工厂。将客户退回的产品放在退回工厂区，统一退回到工厂，如不影响销售的产品可进行入库，按照产品货物有序放置，临时货物区的配件写好编码名称放置好，保持好仓库的整洁性。

任职要求：

1.打字快，60字/分钟以上，有客服工作经验者优先。

2.有上进心，有耐心，做事需细致，有责任感。

3.能够有较好的沟通能力，学习能力较强，能做到融会贯通。
