Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Act as a HRIS system owner and operator to support system change, including:

1. Gather new system changes demand from end users;

2. Evaluate solution of system change with IT and system vendors;

3. Participate UAT test before deployment;

4. Provide communication with end users for the deployment of new enhancement;

5. Organize system training to end users;

6. Prime the upgrade of HRIS manual and related support document

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Negotiation skills;

2. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

3. Proficiency in HR system and process development, and information management for around 3~5-years experience;

4. Knowledge of HR process improvement, business process re-engineering and quality control methods;

5. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project;

7. Knowledge of project management methodologies, from initial justification through implementation and evaluation;
