【responsibilities】

Responsible for physical design work, from netlist to GDSII.

Work closely with frontend designer to help improve PPA (power performance and area).

Work closely with designer to close timing.

Work closely with IP designer to help close physical and logical issues.

【Requirements】

- Good understanding about ASIC design flow and solid VLSI background.

- Experience on Floorplan/CTS/STA/PV/Power, etc.

- Handle block implementation/top level task independently.

- Tapeout experience in 28nm or blow process.

- Good communications skill.

- Good scripting on Perl/Tcl/Python

- Experience on Synthesis/DFT/MBIST is a plus

Education/Certifications

Preferred Degree: MS Preferred Major: Microelectronics or related discipline
