A Facility management
1 Buildings and building services engineering: Ensure operating ability and proper condition / conservation of value;
organize and check all necessary maintenance and repair work and organize cleaning of the buildings; work at
outdoor facilities, winter service, water station supply, ventilation system
2 Be the local contact for new build projects: Ensure proper operation during new build phase by ensuring
appropriate coordination between the new build trades on the site. Be the local contact for clarification of any issue
arising at short notice by arrangement with the new build project management.
3 Ensure that all contracts are all right. Regular checks of correctness of bills and search for cost reduction potentials
(less expensive sources or possibility of savings).
4 Responsibility for disposal (waste, recycling) and proper condition. Provide the correct disposal facilities for the
various wastes for the production department, check correct use by the production department; contracts with
waste management companies and check of observance of a proper process. Recycling of plastics as soon as a
suitable scale is reached.
5 Responsibility for environmental protection and audits supported by an external service provider. Implement and
monitor the ISO 14001 interface to the external service provider.
6 Fire department: Organize volunteer fire department crew; ensure correct equipment; organize training and
exercises and, jointly with the volunteer fire fighting crew, train the employees to fight fire and evacuate the
building.

7 Maintain a safety system to Hella standard in cooperation with Corporate Security, the management and as
applicable with the HR dept. Commission and coordinate the local security service providers.
8 5S - organization and supervision of tidiness and cleanness in the entire enterprise
B Assembly machine specialist - setting-up and training
1 Training and assessment of all relevant employees with regard to the setting up and application of
(assembly installations, welding installations, gluing robots, metallization etc.)
2 Implementation of all technical installations (floors, clothes etc.) for ESD protection in accordance with
specific standards
3 Technical support in the case of the setting-up of critical machines/installations/plants and drawing up of
specific set-up instructions
C Management of replacement parts, maintenance and repair storage (tools), materials and machine
scheduling, issuing (e.g. with receipt) and updating
1 Responsibility for delimitation, implementation and sequence of the process for maintenance and issuing of
machines and replacement parts
2 Responsibility for the definition of the replacement parts and their stock quantities
3 Contracts with machine manufacturers and replacement part suppliers that enable supply at short notice
4 Close cooperation internally and where applicable with external companies with regard to the stocking of
replacement parts and tools with the aim of locking up as little capital as possible in replacement parts
5 Planning and issuing of consumables; working clothes (frocks, shoes etc.) and closets
6 Introduction and maintenance of the system of working clothes (frocks, shoes etc.) and closets
