岗位描述：
* own the management and analysis of Internet-scale data, to meet the business needs from both inside the company and Internet users.
* own the analysis models of Internet-scale data and the platform of data services.
* own the analysis of Internet product logs, to help improving production usability, providing new functions, and increase user decision efficiency.
岗位要求：
* Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science / Mathmatics / Statistics.
* 3 years data analyst experience with shining outcomes in web applications.
* Familiar with data analytical tools.
* Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team leader.
* Active thinking, broad knowledge, logical, and have the ability to learn quickly.
* Able to shift gears quickly in a start-up environment.
* Large search company experience is a plus.
