Responsibilities：

1. Understand the mainstream app development framework and advise on the tech stack selection

2. Define app development coding standard and process, and continuously improve app development process

3. Work on the Android app development based on business requirement

4. Work on unit testing and basic quality control

5. Develop junior app developer skill and help others to grow

Qualification：

1. 5+ years of Android development experience

2. Experienced with Android app memory tuning

3. Experienced with Android compatibility development

4. Experienced with Json, XML and other data structures

5. Experienced with Git/SVN, Jenkins and other development tools

6. Bachelor and above degree
