Responsible for designing, driving, managing and implementation of WuXi Biologics corporate IT solution (LIMS, ELN, Empower etc.), who will act as global solution controller from manufacture and bio-development. Manage and control corporate solution implementation deliverable and leverage with business key stakeholder to plan/manage/control WuXi Biologics IT corporate solution.

- IT corporation solution system- project Implementation (50%):

-Business Process Improvement (20%):

- System and business Change Management (10%):

- Knowledge Transfer (20%):

REQUIREMENTS:

- Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:

？ Over 5 years working experience in international company with global system project implementation or roll out practice;

？ In depth lab management knowledge with at least 5 full cycles Lab information system projects;

？ Deep knowledge of Lab information system (LIMS/ELN/Empower etc.);

？ Strong knowledge in business process standardization and re-engineering;

？ Excellent design, configuration and testing skills are must;

？ Strong knowledge and experience of bio-chemical and bio-pharma or biochemical solution is a plus;

？ Excellent communication skill, fluent spoken and written English;

？ Business and result oriented;

？ Problem solving and root cause identification skills;

？ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet critical deadlines with excellent follow-through;

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

- University or above in information technology, business administration;

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

- Certified LIMS/ELN/Empower is a plus’

- Certified PM is a plus.
