职位描述：

1. 根据公司全球临床策略，制定本土化产品临床应用及培训策略及思路。

2. 负责临床教育项目Swiss Dental Academy, Swiss DolorClast Academy的课程设计、讲者培训、培训效果评估及跟踪；

3. 与KOLs保持长期临床内容对话，负责国际讲师全程内容翻译及行程活动日程对接；

4. 主导临床研究项目，提供必要的文献支持、学术对接及项目进度跟踪；

5. 负责收集和发现新的临床需求，将问题和需求及时反馈给研发团队，以应用需求拉动产品逐步迭代完善。

6. 为销售团队提供临床应用培训，并将内容整合后，用于官方平台的推广宣传；

7. 为新产品研发、产品注册等部门提供必要的临床和技术支持。

资历要求：

1. 职位1：临床口腔医学相关专业本科以上学历；

   职位2：临床医学相关专业本科及以上学历（骨科，疼痛，康复，运动医学方向优先）；

2. 3年以上医学临床及相关工作经验，具有医疗器械产品市场和临床经验优先；

3. 较强的文献解读和文字表达功底，能与总部医学团队保持紧密的临床内容对接；

4. 处事严谨、善于沟通、对临床内容创造有热情，具有高度责任感和良好团队协作精神。
