The Digital Intern will support on the following activities:

1.       Digital Operations and Evolution tasks:

o   Understand functional requirements from E-Commerce, Customer Service and CRM Teams, and follow up with the fix or change requested;

o   Daily monitoring of our Digital channels/tools;

o   Work side by side with Omnichannel Team on UAT and testing processes;

 

2.       Project Management tasks: preparing timelines, organizing and archiving project documentation, project coordination.

 

REQUIREMENTS

? At least 6 months of work experience (internship or any other relevant experience accepted);

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing. Master’s Degree is a plus;

? Tech savvy, interested in digital and innovation. Any previous experience in digital start-ups or exposure to digital projects is a plus;

? Good problem solving skills across disciplines and departments;

? Mandarin Native Speaker

? Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication skills;

? Understanding of the luxury industry;

? Detail oriented;

? Any additional experience or interest in related environments such as web development, digital marketing, UX/UI, e-commerce, Fintech is considered a plus.
