Main responsibility

主要职责

- Initial test schedule for home appliance products according to European and International product standards

- 依据欧洲和国际标准对家电产品进行EMC检测工作的安排

- Provide Instructions to test engineers on how to perform the tests

- 正确指导测试工程师完成相应测试

- Analyze the test result and compile reports

- 分析测试结果并完成报告

- Read and research standards, write technical working instructions and testing datasheets for such standards

- 阅读并研究新的标准，撰写内部工作流程和测试表单

- Frequent communication with customer service and sales internally and customers externally if needed for test result and technical issues

- 与销售、客服及客户沟通测试结果及提供技术支持

- Support marketing events and visit customers with sales to provide technical support

- 参与市场活动、拜访客户，提供技术支持

Requirement/Basic Qualifications

职位要求

- Bachelor or above, major in E&E technical background (Electronics, Electric, Industry Automation or related)

- 本科或以上学历，电子、电气、自动化等专业

- 5-7 years experience in EMC testing and familiar with home appliance EMC standards

- 5到7年EMC工程师经验，熟悉家电产品的EMC标准

- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

- 中文和英文读写能力佳

- Able to work under pressure

- 抗压能力强

- Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and new challenges

- 持续学习的意愿和能力强，愿意承担新的责任和挑战

- Willingness to take ownership of projects or customers
