Bachelor’s degree, prefer engineering

  1.      Five to seven years’ experience developing and managing a certified quality management system

  2.      Prefer working experience of IATF/TS 16949 in automotive

  3.      Formal training and previous experience as a Lead Internal Auditor

  4.      Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices

Job Description[CK1] 

Main Tasks / 主要任務 Main tasks（主要任务）  

  1.      Lead effective development/implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations

  2.      Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business

  3.      Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business

   4.      Coordinate cross funtion team to develop/maintain procedures in need

  5.      Organize and manage the internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system

   6.      Organize training/guidance to local auditors

  7.      Support other functional areas of the business including sales, marketing and product
