Working frequently: at least 3days/week

Duration: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

1.Support of the Pufaffen-Electronics Technical Department Automotive in the Shanghai office in any business related automotive tasks.

2.Supporttestactivitiesunderthe guide of the supervisor.

3.Translation and adjustment of test reports into customer files.

4.Creation of presentations for internal and external purposes to technical manager or commercially responsible people from sales, operations or internal management.

5.Contact to external parties in case of demand by Technical or Commercial Department.

6.Comparing customer requirements to quality, time and cost demands or agreed key figures.

7.Generating information by contacting internal sources like sales, engineering, logistic, quality management of Pufaffen-Electronics.

8.Office support like reimbursement preparation, local/international express delivery

9.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1.Excellent English skill, incl. oral, reading and writing.

2.Excellent communication skill

3.Working passion，cheerful，responsible

4.Good computer skill such as MS. Excel, PowerPoint
