  Job Summary:

As a Project Executive, this person is required to responsible for Quality Control ,Project Management, Sales and Customer Service Management. She / He needs to act as a good team member to co-ordinate with all related parties to meet agreed scope, timeframe and budget.   On the other hand, in order to enrich vendor base for company sustainable development, this person also need to perform factory sourcing and product development.

Last but not least, this person should able to handle multi projects simultaneously and will to perform other duties as assigned by Management.

1. Quality Control&Factory Sourcing (60%)

- Quality inspection and factory visit.

- Take a lead to source and develop new / potential supplier if necessary

- Regular factory visit for product development and product review if necessary

2. Project Management & Sales and Customer Service Management (40%)

- Monitor the project management on their assigned program and follow up the whole program independently and information sharing with team

- Responsible for co-ordinate project status, material procurement, site progress and budgetary control

- Communicate and align with project team, customer, vendor and all related parties 

- Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationship with customer through provision of quality service to achieve sales target and maximize business growth

- Identify customer complaint and parts replacement problem Resolves all client’s issue in cost efficient and timely manner 

Qualifications:   

1、degree holders or College graduates ； least 3 or 6 years’ project management working experience or above

2、Furniture industry experience

3、poblem Solving ability

4、knowledge of Quality Control，Product sourcing , order management and sales management

5、good spoken and written English

6、analytical, logical thinker with proven problem solving ability

7、good communication and presentation skills

8、oactive and willing to take initiative

9、commitment to company

10、team player

11、High integrity & business ethics

12、Able and willing to travel as required

13、Open minded, comfortable with change, improvements and new ideas
