职位描述
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
- More than 3 years of working experience in HR field, preferrably in C&B and systems 3年以上人力资源领域的工作经验，具备薪酬和系统经验尤佳
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office熟练使用办公软件
- Good English verbal and written communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力
- Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills良好的团队合作能力，良好的沟通及协调能力
- Quick learner, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility能够快速学习、积极主动、勤奋刻苦、诚实可靠、条理清晰、注重细节、责任心强
- Good health condition身体健康
工作职责：
- Payroll 工资
Evaluate data resource, prepare payroll data, transmit to payroll provider. 对原始数据评估，准备工资数据、发送给工资提供商
Calculate payroll with service vendor and ensure the accuracy. 与供应商合作工资计算并保证数据准确性
Review completed payroll to identify and resolve discrepancies. 审查完成的工资来识别和解决差异
Process expatriate payroll. 负责外籍员工工资计算管理
Relevant reports and anylsis. 相关薪资报表分析
Respond to employee query for payroll. 响应员工对于工资的询问
- Attendance and leave / holiday management 考勤、假期管理
Daily attendance management for office employees and Sales with different matrix 日常考勤管理，包括办公室员工和销售等不同工作类型的管理
Special working time management 特殊工时制管理
Attendance optimization and reports analysis 考勤优化以及负责相关数据报表分析 l HRIS Management 人力资源信息系统管理
HRIS support and maintenance负责人力资源信息系统管理的日常维护
Daily user inquires handling and management 管理日常员工咨询
System stability monitor, fix functionalities when going wrong etc. by co-working with other IT functions or system vendor负责系统稳定性，当有问题时能与相关部门或系统供应商合作解决
System Enhancement: workflow, report template, field interface etc. 系统现有功能开发：工作流、报表管理、界面优化、数据传输等
Support HRMS project on changes and new request 协助人力资源信息系统管理的新需求和新变化的项目实施
