JOB RESPONSIBIL

1、Planning of retail purchasing (OTB), sales, KPIs and discount

2、Planning and monitoring of deliveries with Buying Team and Retail Operations Department

3、Support the Merchandise Planning Manager to complete the seasonal intake plan process, with providing data source and basic system operation

4、Achieve basic level of communicate with HQ by relevant business sharing

5、Usage and control of Retail Pro reports, analyze sales, profit and margins

6、Support all regular meetings and prepare complete and accurate data

7、Coordinate with Operation Team to ensure that the store could be reach the KPIs target setting, meanwhile give the relevant efficiency guideline and action plan

8、Work close with allocation team and keep abreast of the operation of goods

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· University Degree

1、1-2 years of experience in merchandise planning of fashion brands

2、Knowledge of Hong Kong and China Retail Market

3、Basic analytical skills. Knowledge in Retail Pro, SAP is an advantage

4、Good commend of both English and Chinese, both oral and written

5、Able to work independently

6、Strong excel skill, original PPT skill

7、High professional ethics, excellent time management
