Media Relations:

媒体关系：

Drive and initiate public relations programs for all outlets.

推动并启动所有餐厅的公共关系计划

Manage, develop and source contacts to build media database; work with team to ensure timely updates.

管理，开发和渠道联系以建立媒体数据库; 与团队合作以确保及时更新。

Source and recommend leading Chinese and English (national and local) publications in fashion / lifestyle, art and culture, home and design and food & wine (e.g. Shanghai Tattler, Elle, etc.) as target media.

挖掘并推荐时尚/生活方式，艺术和文化，家居和设计以及食品和葡萄酒方面国内外领先的中英文出版物为目标媒体（例如Shanghai Tattler，Elle等）

Build and strengthen relations with key national and local media (editor level and higher).

建立并加强与主要国家和地方媒体（编辑级别和更高级别）的关系。

Entertain media to secure endorsement of Three on the Bund.

款待媒体以确保对外滩三号的认可。

Generate ideas for creative ‘news’ angles and pitch to target media, prepare press release or feature once approved.

为创意“新闻”角度创建创意，并向目标媒体投放，准备新闻稿或功能一旦获得批准。

Coordinate, review and analyze weekly clipping reports (English / Chinese and online/print) – select top portals (news) and monitor for mentions as needed; and recommend follow-up and creative angles for Three on the Bund media relations.

Government Relations / Corporate Communications:

Recommend appropriate programs and charity organizations to improve government and community relations.

Assist with preparing talking points for government; brief managers prior to meetings.

协助为政府准备谈话要点; 会议前汇报情况

Work with external liaison manager to build Government ‘roadmap’ and schedule meetings for senior management.

Source, attend and report on media and community functions.

Manage and responsible for high quality of events, activities and materials for Three on the Bund, e.g. newsletters, focus groups, media functions, etc.

Ensure quality and relevance of all gift ideas for media and guests (e.g. events, etc.).

Draft, translate and edit Chinese language materials as relevant.

Liaise with HR department and coordinate internal activities as needed.

Edit and approve Chinese copy for the Three on the Bund newsletter, suggest content and responsible for high quality of final product (Chinese language).

Recommend and initiate Chinese-relevant ideas for marketing programs and materials.

推荐并启动与营销计划和材料有关的中国相关想法。

Initiate ideas to improve or add relevant information for Website, newsletter, etc.

启动改进或添加网站，新闻稿等相关信息的想法。
