岗位职责:

Delivery of work that follows content and design guidelines, and industry best practices:
- Produce work that is in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures regarding content and design by understanding and applying them correctly, reviewing work and collaborating with colleagues, and seeking advice from art directors as necessary
- Independently and with an editorial partner, create compelling communications using company graphic standards that fit within the overall GPS selling system
- Clearly communicate creative recommendations and point of view
- Present creative concepts with the Design team in a clear and concise manner
- Understand when/how to effectively hand-off to production
- Coordinates with the production manager/ project manager in handling small projects from beginning through to completion, including managing the project turnaround time, department resources and presenting the finished product
- Employ state-of-the art technologies to manage and enhance design function
- Possess excellent design skills, understand creative integrity, reinforce brand at every point of contact
- Keep abreast of changes in the strategy that affect execution and handle changes (and criticism) professionally

任职资格:

- Post-secondary education
- either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with QuarkXpress, HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash and Adobe After Effects is preferable
- Good working knowledge of print production and colour separation
- Requires strong organisational, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Good comprehension of client brief and ability to transform them into creative solutions
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Structured, systematic working style
- Able to work as part of a team
- Experience managing a team is a plus
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
- Flexibility in working different shifts or locations when required
- Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
