Job Responsibilities

1.      Vendor management-vendor selection, new vendor on board and performance management to meet procurement strategy

2.      RFQ/RFP for all indirect requirement to meet business needs. Bidding for goods/service with timely and compliance manner

3.      Contract negotiation, review, signing and management to ensure all contracts be well managed

4.      Deal with the purchasing order. Control the delivery date, the quality of goods/service

5.      Deal with the invoice and initial payment according to payment milestone

6.      Documents achievement

7.      ERP system operation

8.      Good communication with stakeholders

9.      Help manager to optimize internal process to improve business efficiency

10.  Help manager to give suggestion on category strategy

11.  Other works assigned by line manager

 

Job Requirements

1.        Academic/ Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree or above

2.        Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook, Visio and Project

3.        Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing

4.        Be good at communication and cross-function collaboration

5.        Integrity, diligent and self-motive

6.        Experience in Category management

7.        Working Experience: About 5 years’ procurement/outsourcing experience

嘉会诊所（静安）是嘉会医疗的***家门诊诊所，位于静安商业区。诊所于2016年4月正式开业，目前开设全科、儿科、皮肤科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、口腔科、心理科等多个科室。

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
