Scope of Job:

    

    

Support Brand & Segment Marketing on campaign development and effective operations, agency management and target marketing to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition via owned, paid and earned digital approaches.

    

    

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

    

• Daily management support on key branding campaigns, sponsorship initiatives and event execution, according to Group guideline and localized plan.

        

• Maintain and manage the content and creative for Segment campaigns aligns with both business objectives and Group branding standard. Work closely with Retail Marketing and within CABM team, as well as cross functional teams in developing, tracking and improving results.

        

• Work closely with creative, social and media agency in developing compelling content, adaptable to both traditional and digital media.

• Support to insight-driven decision making in brand research, digital effectiveness, social media impact and budget management at various level.

Selection Criteria:

    

• 2+ years of Marketing experience in retail business
• Command of written and oral English, comfortable with numbers and strong presentation skills
• A fast learner and keen to know digital trends, practices
• A team player, open-minded and adaptable to changes.
