Responsibilities:

?Monitor Customs/CIQ/Trade compliance affairs

?Responsible for total transition time management thru KPI

?In charge of the billing checking and cost control

? Handle full set of I/E documents and L/C independently

?Work closely with internal team and clients for delivery arrangement

?Coordinate with HQ and freight forwarding for shipments arrangement

?Support on customs declaration and I/E license application

?Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by Manager

Requirements:   

?5+ years solid experience in handling I/E shipment and L/C application

?Good command of both written English and Mandarin

?Background in fashion or garment is an advantage

?Proficient in MS Excel & Word, Chinese Word Processing and Tradelink

?Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible, result driven, Initative contribution

?Able to work under pressure
