主要职责：

(1)维护系统中客户信息、客户物料描述及价格；

(2)维护客户数据库和文件备案；

(3)负责订单的下达和有效跟踪；

(4)负责系统的发票操作，并协助财务部门开具相应的VAT发票。确保系统发票和VAT发票的良好记录及可追溯性；

(5)负责对账；

(6)提高客户满意度并使业务增长；

(7)支持及推动公司6S推行；

(8)完成公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

(1)大专以上学历，且具有物流与贸易知识；

(2)至少二年相关客服工作经验，且具有基本销售技巧；

(3)具有良好的成本控制意识；

(4)精通办公软件、ERP系统操作经验；

(5)具有良好的服务意识和软技巧，且具有良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧；

(6)具有团队合作精神，且具备自我激励、自信、耐心、负责等素养；

(7)良好的英语口语和书面能力。
