岗位要求：
1、硕士（含）以上学历、机械、力学类相关专业；
2、CET-4(含）以上，听说读写良好；
3、具备5年以上机械行业CAE模拟仿真分析的实际工作经验，能独立开展CAE分析工作；
4、参加过FEA相关培训项目者佳，有一定的结构动力学，计算流体力学，热力学，有限元技术等专业知识；
5、具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、总结能力，有一定的抗压能力；
6、工作主动、积极、团队合作精神佳。
职位描述：
1、CAE分析方法的研究
依据CAE发展规划，负责CAE新技术的学习和引进，提升CAE工作质量和效率；
2、CAE技术应用与推广
1）根据产品技术规划与技术开发计划，制订长期的CAE工作计划，并提供模拟分析报告及设计要点，确保产品设计的可靠性及稳定性；
2）在新产品的设计、试制、测试过程中产生CAE分析需求，开展CAE模拟仿真分析们提出解决方案或结构改进的参考意见，使问题得以解决；
3）负责研发中心CAE培训工作，指导设计部门CAE分析工作，提升研发中心CAE分析能力与应用程度；
3、CAE仿真数据库、知识管理
1）跟踪测试验证工作，收集相关测试数据和结果，进一步优化CAE的分析结论，改进CAE分析方法，为产品设计规范提供理论支持；
2）负责CAE仿真计算的SOP规范化、标准化、仿真数据库管理，以利于仿真模拟知识经验的积累、固化和传承。
