1. Develop and maintain the campus relationships individually

2. Work with HRBP and TA to manage and optimize WuXi Biologics campus hiring projects independently including internship project, joint training students project, management trainee project

3. Conduct campus talks individually or with other team members

1. Bachelor degree and above, with at least 5 years of HR working experience including at least 3 years campus hiring experience

2. Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates

3. Result and future orientation, have good sense for new technology deployment.

4. Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

5. Good knowledge for communication presentation.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and dedication.

7. Accept for business travel frequently
