This position is responsible for preparing accounts and making analysis accounting information in a timely manner with accuracy and in a professional manner.

Core Accountabilities:

• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedule
• Verify and process supplier payments
• Maintain and reconcile sub-ledger accounts
• Verify and process customer receipts including cash and LC
• Monitor the cash fund transfer
• Prepare cash flow forecast, monitoring bank balances (Senior)
• Prepare closing journals(senior)
• Prepare trial balance reconciliations (Senior)
• Prepare accounting report (Senior)
• Check transaction input for accuracy (Senior)  

Education and Experience required

• University Degree or above in Accounting or related discipline

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in accounting field

• Proficient in Excel, familiar with Word and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of oracle system preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with PRC TAX/FINANCE law, Hands-on experience on communicating with tax and other government agencies (for Shenzhen based staff)
