Responsibilities:
1. lead the project team and responsible for project team performance

2. Allover responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction;
3. Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions;
4. Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress;
5. Coordinating internal teams involved in the project;
6. Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project;
7. Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions;
8. Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project;
9. Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer;

Qualification:
1. Successfully completed university degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering;
2. 5+ years’ professional experience, at least 3 years in project management；

3. 1-2 year industrial or engineering experience in mechanical industry, automation equipment industry is very preferred

4. High technical affinity;
5. Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation;
6. Willingness to travel internationally
7. Good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial;
