• Drive the on-boarding process of automotive aftermarket related distribution partners nationwide with core product ranges of additives, car care, engine oil, etc.) 以机油, 添加剂 等核心产品系列，驱动全国汽车后市场经销伙伴的迅速就位

• Develop and grow on-boarded distributors according to their respective business plans, provide continuous support 根据各经销商的业务规划, 支持和配合经销商业务拓展

• Responsible in pricing management, sales and marketing promotion, and technical training 负责价格策略规划、销售及市场营销规划、以及技术指导与训练

• Coordinate internally and externally for all distributor related matter 负责与经销商业务相关的对内对外事务协调
• Responsible for following up service status to ensure distributors satisfaction 负责跟进以确保经销商的满意度

• Total business growth of distributors to ensure the completion of the sales task 负责经销商的整体业务增长, 确保完成销售目标

任职要求

• College degree or the above专科及以上学历
• Fluent in English is a plus流利的英文能力为佳
• More than 7 years working experience of distribution management至少拥有7年经销商管理经验
• Strong writing skills, good communication skills and language skills较强的文字组撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
• Self-motivated, self-discipline, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自律心强,自信,耐心,负责
• Team work spirit团队合作精神
• Product knowledge in the automotive aftermarket is prefreed (engine oils, additives and other car care, etc.)
