Primary Responsibilities:
- Critical Leadership member in Automotive China Leadership Team to contribute to establish and lead to execute the overall China Automotive Growth Strategy.
- Establish the growth strategy for the responsible OEMs and their value chain in accordance within Auto China business strategy, focus but not limit to lead the team to continue penetration to key accounts in Zhe Jiang and Central China with SABIC solution, deliver and exceed the OP and other key measurement to achieve business growth and follow the SABIC Code of Conduct.
- Lead to establish the strategic innovation partnership with the responsible OEMs and their value chain and contribute to the growth of the responsible OEMs and their value chain in their market.
- Lead to establish and maintain executive relationship with relative OEMs and their value chain. Represent Auto team in Zhe Jiang and Central China for customer events and internal events upon needs.
- Lead to develop and explore the growth opportunities in the responsible OEMs and leverage all the resources to drive the responsible OEM growth by lead & co-work with relative sales, Application Development, Technical Engineers GAPT, CTC, CIC, Product Management, SCM, Customer Service and Manufacture teams.
- Represent China to work out and execute the Global OEMs (if applicable) together with the responsible Global OEM team.
Qualifications Required:
- 10 years or above hands on sales & marketing experience, preferably gained in Automotive, Plastics or Chemical industry;
- Proved record to grow "unknown" area by engaging resources internally and externally, especially to grow Chinese Local Accounts or business;
- Great potential and motivation to grow to a polished and solid business leader with broader responsibilities;
- Solid Leadership experience in a matrix environment; proven ability to influence at all levels in the organization;
- Experience to work in the global account management team is a plus;
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, big account management experience and proved growth record;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English & Mandarin.
