Job Summary:

  

As a Project Executive, this person is required to responsible for Project Management, Sales and Customer Service Management. She / He needs to act as a good team member to co-ordinate with all related parties to meet agreed scope, timeframe and budget.

  

On the other hand, in order to enrich vendor base for company sustainable development, this person also need to perform factory sourcing and product development.

  

Last but not least, this person should able to handle multi projects simultaneously and will to perform other duties as assigned by Management.

  

1. Project Management

  

- Monitor the project management on their assigned program and follow up the whole program independently and information sharing with team

  

- Review the seating layout and work on initial quotation, scoping and planning of the project

  

- Responsible for quotation and order placement

  

- Responsible for co-ordinate project status, material procurement, site progress and budgetary control

  

- Project accounting ( Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for all project under his/her direction)

  

- Communicate and align with project team, customer, vendor and all related parties 

  2. Sales and Customer Service Management

  

- Provide quality service to customer and handle customers’ enquiries politely

  

- Build client relationship via positive and passionate manner

  

- Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationship with customer through provision of quality service to achieve sales target and maximize business growth

  

- Identify customer complaint and parts replacement problem Resolves all client’s issue in cost efficient and timely manner 

  3. Factory Sourcing

  

- Take a lead to source and develop new / potential supplier if necessary

  

 4. Product Development

  

- Regular factory visit for product development and product review if necessary

  

 

  

Qualifications:

  

? At least 3 or 6 years’ project management working experience or above

  

? Degree holders or College graduates

  

? Problem Solving ability

  

? Knowledge of Product sourcing , order management and sales management

  

? Good spoken and written English

  

? Analytical, logical thinker with proven problem solving ability

  

? Good communication and presentation skills

  

 ? Proactive and willing to take initiative

  

? Commitment to company

  

? Team player

  

? High integrity & business ethics

  

? Able and willing to travel as required

  ? Open minded, comfortable with change, improvements and new ideas
