Responsibilities :
1. Collect and check the payable invoice, payment request and staff expense claim form
2. Complete the AP and Staff expense reimbursement recognition and post voucher in EPR system timely and accurately
3. Ensure consistency between purchase order, goods Received and invoice received in terms of quantity and price;
4. Ensure the accurately prepared on Foreign Currency payment and other withholding tax required payment
5. Prepare voucher for cash out, Make weekly cash out report and update ERP system on daily basis 6. Check and review staff e-expenses via e-expense system, ensure claims are in line with A-dec policy and accurately prepared
7. Follow the details of the other-receivable accounts, follow the expense overdue timely and staff advance aging, remind staff with advance payment
8. Bank Reconciliation
9. Provide good service for external supplier on the payment inquires.

Qualifications:
1. College or above, major in finance and accounting subjects;
2. With above 3years AR/AP experience in manufacturing industry;
3. Familiar with Kingdee ERP system;
4. Familiar with foreign currency regulations;
5. Honest and strong work spirit;
6. Good team work and communication skill;
7. Good command of reading and written English.
