职位描述
Work closely with Hansaton Biz. Leader, make sure the sales strategy implementation as well as to maintain good interaction with customers.
与Hansaton业务负责人紧密合作,确保销售战略的执行并维护与客户的良好互动;
Responsible for all sales activities to ensure sales target achievement and growth.
负责业务开展以达成销售目标并实现增长;
Execute company’s policies in order to achieve the targets of sales, OPEX, ASP as assigned.
执行公司各项政策,完成公司委派的各项销售任务;
Plan and execute sales strategy on the base of sales forecast, analysis and market study etc.
根据销售目标、分析以及市场情况制定并执行销售策略;
Establish and maintain solid relationship with customers and increase the market share.
建立并维护良好的客户关系,并致力增长份额;
Develop and explore potential business opportunities.
挖掘和开发新业务机会;
Monitor the contract implementation, contact/visit the customers frequently and obtain the business information in time, keep customers informed on products or service, pricing, changes, etc.
关注合同执行进展,保持对客户的及时沟通及业务拜访以了解市场信息,确保客户对公司的产品、服务、价格等各类变化的及时知晓;
Keep close collaboration with internal MKT, post-sales support and other teams, to provide timely customer support to increase customer satisfaction. Also work together with Finance for account reconciliation, accounts receivable, etc., etc.
与内部市场、售后支持及各相关部门合作,给与客户及时支持以提高客户满意度,同时,与财务部合作做好对帐、回款跟踪等工作;
Participant in market survey and promotion activities implementation; Share information and advice to company management base on information collected and study on the status of market and regulations.
参与市场调查和市场促销活动;根据市场情况、相关政策法规,向公司管理层及时提供信息和建议;
Submit weekly / monthly report on time.
准时提交周报表和月度报表;
Other assignments by superior.
其他由上级布置的工作。
任职条件:
Bachelor degree above
大学本科及以上学历
Nice to have above 8 years’ working experience in sales and 3 years related working experience in key account management.
具备8年以上销售工作经验,且3年以上大客户管理相关工作经验;
Ability to work under pressure, Analytical and conceptual thinking, Creativity and ability to change.
有能力承受压力工作、分析性及概念性思维、创造、革新的能力;
Willingness to perform and result orientation, Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself.
积极执行且目标导向、坚持立场、与他人沟通的能力;
