Job description

1. Assist the board secretary on IPO affairs, coordinate with all IPO parties including lawyer, auditor and bankers.

2. Communication with potential investor and current shareholders.

3. Responsible for searching and collecting industry/market database, providing data analysis (including financial analysis) for business review, forecast, or specific topics.

4. Support the board secretary to smooth M&A process.

5. Gathers and reports all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Master degree in Business, Finance, MBA or MSC program is a plus.

2. Good knowledge in Accounting and capital market, knowledge in Law is a plus.

3. 3-5 years' experience in IR or relevant fields.

4. MS excel and MS word Skills is a must.

5. Presentable, Focus on details and would commit to work under pressure.

6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required. Cantonese is a plus.
