岗位职责:

- Ensure that all local and group regulatory reporting related to Credit Services and Secured Lending are completed accurately and timely and compliant with Group and Regulatory Requirement.
- Ensure the efficiency of service and smooth operating providing on TCI, Audit Confirmation of Balance and Confirmation Letter.
- Assist and contribute to the on-going development, initiative and introduction of new system, products and reports.
- Problem solving and prioritize workflow.
- Ensure effective Operational Risk Management process is in place to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses as well as maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as implement best use of resource and contribute to development of subordinates.

任职资格:

- Good knowledge of corporate credit and banking industry as well as comprehension of the local operating environment and the Group/external regulatory requirements.
- Experience in credit or credit operations and sufficient leadership & change management skills are also required under dynamic culture.
- Well English and Thai communication.
