1. To oversee CSR team to manage customer order receiving, and provide high level service to customer
2. To oversee import / export custom matters
3. To set up effective procedure for CSR
4. To manage import/export forwarding agent and set KPI on service responsiveness.
5. Control bonded materials for Customs logbook reconciliation and legal complianceRequirements:

1. Familiar with logistical flow and relative knowledge

2. Familiar with customs, commodity inspection and foreign exchange policy

3. Strong capability of processing cargo imported and exported

4. At least 2-3 years working experience in I&E area in FIE

5. Tertiary or University graduate

6. Good communication skill and team spirit
