As Project Manager you implement projects in the industrialization phase involving all required resources to meet the customer requirements in terms of quality and timing

在产品国产化过程中与各相关部门沟通协调，统筹资源，满足客户质量和时间节点的要求，保证项目顺利进行

You plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

合理计划内、外部的资源，包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作包。

You assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.

协调公司内部人员、客户和特殊部门的沟通

You make the project controlling in the form of reviews (final and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.

根据与客户协商好的质量、成本和时间的目标，定期审查(最终和中级报告)，控制项目在确定的预算范围内

As respective of HSE in front of Global project team, you are requested to coordinate cross the locations to make sure the transparency of the project status

作为上海海拉电子的在国际项目团队中的代表，要通过沟通协调确保各个区域对于项目状态有高度统一的认识

You make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project (operating equipment, investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior/Global sourcing board

根据项目需要(操作设备、投资等)，与项目团队和项目采购沟通合作，合理安排人员，做出制造或购买决定

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in business engineering (polytechnic)

工业工程相关专业

4 years automotive industry experience (international customers)

4年以上汽车行业工作经验 (国际客户)

Good at written and verbal English

良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力

2nd foreign language is preferred

第二门外语能力优先

Engineering design background is preferred.
