Job Titles: Logistics Specialist
Report to: Logistics Manager

Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
Import customs clearance
? Receive, organize, and distribute import documentation. Liaise with internal product/service Dept. to ensure the import documents and requirements are processed in compliance with PRC rules and regulations
? Familiar with the import customs clearance document production and process, with forwarders to keep good communication and follow-ups goods enter into warehouse in time, have manage and control the import of the emergency incident ability
? Coordinating customs clearance agency and forwarder quicken import through rate. Handling all issue in this progress to ensure smoothing for whole process.
? Keep internal customers timely posted the inbound shipping/arrival status
? Customs declaration & invoice checking
? Control whole cost of customs clearance
? Optimize the performance of forwarders and Customs brokers and keep the most competitive price and best service.
? Keep good relation with customs, CIQ, sea/air freight forwarder and main express server.
Domestic transportation management (North region)
? Managing 3rd party logistics partner, review and appraise the operational performance of 3PL via KPI.
? Audit the billing regularly from 3PL.
? Rate and negotiation with 3PL on required service.
? Transportation process optimization to reduce cycle time as well as cost saving.
? Support and implement transportation projects to further improve delivery service.
Regional warehouse operation management (North region)
? Managing 3rd party logistics partner, review and appraise the operational performance of 3PL via KPI.
? Audit the billing regularly from 3PL.
? Warehouse capacity optimization to reduce the cost.
Required Competency & Qualification
Education Level:
College graduates or above in Foreign Trade/ business/Logistics
Knowledge
? Knowledge on the sea/air freight for import.
? Basic knowledge on ERP system; Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
? Good knowledge of transportation regulation and law
Experience
? At least 3 years working experience in Logistics, Import business, international transportation and domestic transportation
? At least 3 years working experience in WFOE /JV environments
? The freight forwarder experience is a plus
Required Skills
? Good spoken and written English skills (CET-4 and above or the same level)
? Good Excellent interpersonal skill and team work spirit;
? Good communication skills and data analysis ability
? Ability to cope with stress and willing to change.
? Strong learning desire and ability.
? Customer satisfaction oriented
? High responsibility.
