Job Description and Requirement:
- Enrich knowledge of all products, services and applications for F&B industry.
- Be familiar with F&B related companies. Work independently to visit the F&B customers, such as Cocacola, Pepsi, Nestle, Kraft, etc.
- Have the direct or indirect sales experience to sell some parts and machines to F&B companies.
- Provide accurate business and market forecasts.
- Communicate effectively with management and the various sales channels, keeping all levels informed on the progress and impact of F&B accounts.
- Drive profitable growth in assigned Global and Local Strategic Accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies that analyze and reflect an understanding of the customer's needs, emerging trends, critical opportunities, and metrics that will increase sales, expand market share, and improve profitability.
- Enhance a strong business relationship with all key strategic account contacts. Conducts quarterly reviews of each account that focus on business progress and development, changing customer needs, problems, obstacles, new partnership opportunities, and improved measures.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth in F & B vertical markets.
- Be main contact for North America Global Strategic Accounts team.
- Communicate and work with other Tennant China Sales Managers re the growth and development of Global Strategic Accounts in China.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall business experience, to include a minimum of 3 years selling into high-level accounts.
- Demonstrated Experience selling to executive levels and business owners
Required Skills:
- Good command of English essential
- Takes initiative and ownership to identify and achieve goals and objectives
- Sets appropriate timelines and follows projects and tasks through to completion
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong presentation, training and facilitation skills
- Proficient at interacting with people at all levels of an organization
- Functional PC and PC application skills
