岗位职责：
1.全面负责公司展馆业务的方案策划和创意设计工作；
2.负责精算展馆设计方案的实施成本和构成；
3.精确把控品牌的定位与市场策略，激发团队产生应对客户需求的有效创意输出；
4.负责独立主持创意并带领团队设计、执行展馆空间或展项设计项目，进行设计提案。
招聘要求：
1.艺术设计、建筑空间设计及相关专业，本科以上学历；
2.熟练掌握展示馆空间设计的各种技能，擅长施工图纸制作、编制方案；
3.有各类展馆设计经验5年以上，并有规划馆、博物馆、科技馆等成功案例；
4.具有三维空间创意能力、综合设计能力强，有创意，效果图表现力佳；
5.熟悉展览馆基本流程，能独立完成设计，了解基本设计和施工方法；
6.熟练掌握AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等设计软件，熟练运用新媒体技术和材料；
7.强烈的责任心，能深刻理解客户需求，沟通、理解能力强，具有独特创意及团队合作精神。
8.具有优秀部门管理经验和重大项目的策划运作经验。
