职位描述
1. Job functions Manange cost analysis and controls and grow up to be a businss partner being able to use analysis to support businss strategies.
2. Dimensions Annually one billion Euro revenue and 40,000 ton production volume.
3. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
? Update standard cost for diverse products and manage cost performance like analysis input / output, variance, measurement, etc. and ensure that cost controls in place with strong net work with supply chain customers. Expected to follow up on actions for corrections if there is any.
? Provide cost tracking report to business customers on regular base and support the management's cost review. i.e. Support SSD and Supply Chain booster projects and decision - making.
? Prepare monthly regular reports incl. monthly fixed cost forecast report.
? Perform daily booking / monthly closing and provide forecast input. Be able to proactively identify issues through daily operation and support operation team on efficiency improvement.
? Timely maintain SAP master data with quality.
? Ad - hoc tasks. Provide ad - hoc consultancy / supports if the customers have any questions and play a leading role to drive a resolution both via data analysis & process review.
? Coordinate and participate fixed assets physical count which performed once yearly and deal with results.
? Support yearly budget and booklet preparation.
Minimum Requirement of Incumbent :
Education:
? Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting and CPA is a plus.
Experience:
? 4 years' Accounting and Finance experience and 2 years experiences with costing is preferred.
Special Knowledge & skill:
? Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese & English
? Strong interpersonal skill, be able to work under pressure and equiped with good communication skills.
? Strong analytic skills
? Team work spirit & eager to learn
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system: Knowledge of SAP is preferred
