MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Responsible for PRC monthly financial reports and monthly tax filing.

• Responsible for sub-ledger reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly expense accruals and amortization Journal Entries for G/L book.

• Monitor Fix Assets posting and depreciation.

• Cost Accounting and prepare DSI report.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items.

• Work closely with finance manager to ensure financial statement/data/report accuracy.

• Provide support to annual statutory audit or internal audit related to GL.

• Provide support to annual tax filing.

• Coordinate and prepare for annual inspections of Shanghai WOFE and statistics report.

• Carry out and improve upon accounting internal controls.

• Other work assigned by Finance Manager

  

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

• 5+ years of related working experience in financial or accounting area

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with China GAAP/IFRS;

• Can work under pressure and fast developing environment, and quick in learning

• Proficient in PC based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese Mandarin both in written and spoken (CET-6 required)
